Originally from the Arizona desert, Jon L Peacock is a Brooklyn based actor and writer. A professor at various New York City colleges, he is a graduate of Long Island University’s MFA creative writing program. Sections from his master’s thesis, Wayward (a novel), can be read in Downtown Brooklyn #17, 18. Selected publications include the short story, “Impressions,” in the inaugural issue of By the Overpass, several contributions to the monthly zine, Having a Whiskey Coke With You, and co-author for the full-length publication, OCCUPYING WALL STREET: The Inside Story of an Action that Changed America, published March 2012.
